The Design Brief
Design a picture post card with a message to or from a soldier who has just left home to serve in WW1.
The soldier may be a relative or family friend. You may wish to give the soldier a keepsake of sketched images from home. You may wish to design your picture postcard to give the soldier a reminder of home in the Batley-Birstall area or an image of something new from home. Your design for the picture postcard may be from the soldier who completed his training and sent to the front. This may his first postcard home.
